Our Story

Our Story NALFA Community Based Organization (NALFA C.B.O.) was established in 2023 with a simple but powerful vision—to restore hope, uplift vulnerable communities, and create opportunities that transform lives. Our name, Ndege Amazing Love for All (NALFA), reflects the foundation upon which our organization was built: the belief that every individual deserves love, dignity, compassion, and an equal opportunity to thrive regardless of their background, age, gender, or social circumstances. Recognizing the many challenges facing communities in Siaya County—including poverty, preventable diseases, limited access to healthcare, lack of sanitary products for girls and women, youth unemployment, substance abuse, and the struggles faced by vulnerable children—we came together with a shared commitment to make a meaningful difference through community-driven solutions. Since our establishment, NALFA C.B.O. has organized anti-jigger prevention and treatment campaigns, free medical outreach programs, sanitary towel distribution initiatives, youth sports tournaments, educational support activities, and humanitarian assistance for vulnerable families. These initiatives are designed not only to meet immediate needs but also to empower individuals and communities to become healthier, stronger, and more self-reliant. Our journey has been made possible through the dedication of volunteers, community leaders, healthcare professionals, partners, donors, and well-wishers who share our passion for serving humanity. Together, we continue to build lasting partnerships that create sustainable impact and restore hope where it is needed most. As we grow, our commitment remains unwavering—to serve with integrity, compassion, accountability, and excellence while expanding our reach to support more children, families, women, and youth across Kenya. As the Secretary of NALFA CBO, I am committed to ensuring effective communication, proper documentation, and smooth coordination of our organization's activities. I maintain accurate records, prepare meeting minutes, manage official correspondence, and support the leadership team in delivering impactful community programs. I believe in integrity, teamwork, and transparency, and I am proud to contribute to our mission of empowering communities through health, education, youth development, and humanitarian service.

Programs Coordinator

I coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our community programs. I work closely with volunteers, partners, and community members to ensure our initiatives—including anti-jigger campaigns, menstrual hygiene awareness, youth empowerment, education support, and sports development—are delivered effectively. I am committed to creating sustainable solutions that improve the lives of vulnerable individuals and strengthen our communities through teamwork, compassion, and service.
